What this site is

ScoutEase is a project in development in Edmonton, Alberta. This site describes what we're building. It offers no service, no accounts and no rental listings, and nothing on it is an offer to rent, list, buy or sell anything. We don't act for any landlord or tenant, and we don't negotiate leases or handle money.

No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or housing advice. For questions about a tenancy in Alberta, see the Government of Alberta's information on the Residential Tenancies Act or speak to a qualified professional.

Independence

ScoutEase is independent and isn't affiliated with any university or college. Any school named on this site in future is named only to describe who the service is for.

Content and trademarks

The ScoutEase name, logo and the content of this site belong to ScoutEase. You may link to the site. Please don't copy the logo or present the site as your own.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.

Changes

Full Terms of Use for the platform are being prepared with legal counsel and will replace these terms before ScoutEase opens any account, waitlist or listing.
